Leaving The Nest was shown at Fragmentation, November 2023
Fragmentation as catharsis of emotions together in a space.
In the archive of our mind, fragmentation echoes, emotions entwined, sensitivities linger, traces of old, nostalgia whispers stories untold.
Unease and anxieties fracture the air, separations ache, memories bare, Independence sought, yet a fear resides, anxiety hidden, in plain sight it hides.
Loss of control, a dance with awareness, acceptance beckons, amidst life’s unfairness. Actions propel us, towards becoming true, in this messy, fluid world we accrue. A jumble of feelings, both dirty and bad, yet within this chaos, a beauty we have had.
For in fragmentation, there’s art to behold, a mosaic of life, stories yet untold.

Fragmentation was a group exhibition which took place at the Royal College of Art.
